Mikumi National Park is the fourth-largest national park in Tanzania, located 300km west of Dar es Salaam city. This destination shares a common border and ecosystem with Selous Game Reserve, providing shelter for migrating animals from the Northern part of the reserve. One can spot the Big Five along with giraffes, zebras, hippos and various antelopes. Game drives, tours near the hippo pools, birdwatching, and Uluguru Mountain hiking are performed here.
